When you contact RivieraStandard by email, the information received may include your name, email address, organisation, message and any documents or links you choose to send.
This information is used to answer the enquiry, assess corrections, manage a professional exchange or establish and defend legal rights where necessary.
Hosting and technical logs
RivieraStandard is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical information required to deliver, secure and maintain the site, including IP addresses, request data, browser information, dates, times and technical error logs.
This information is used for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and reliable site operation.
Cookies and analytics
RivieraStandard does not currently use non-essential advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Strictly necessary technologies may still be used to operate, secure and deliver the website.
External links
Links may redirect you to hotels, booking platforms or other third-party services. Those services may collect information under their own privacy and cookie policies. RivieraStandard does not control their processing and does not receive payment-card details used to complete a booking.
Retention and recipients
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received, any legitimate follow-up and applicable legal obligations.
Information may be handled by the publisher and service providers needed to host, secure or operate the site and email service. It may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to certain processing.
